Cross Country Reflection

WALT: improve our fitness levels


This term we are training for cross country and recording how many laps we can do in 15 minutes. I can do 8   laps in 15 minutes. My goal is to do 11  laps by the end of the term. I will achieve this by running everyday and trying my hardest.

I feel fitter each time I train for cross country. I train at home too. I run around my house 11 times. Sometimes I feel like running more. My cousin Tyson runs around with me too. I run around and play too and that makes me want to do 11 more times around the house.

My Holidays

 



In the holidays I went to the park. I played on the swing. I went h higher. I felt happy because I was swinging higher. After the park I went to my Nans. I love going to my Nans house because she is so nice. My Nan and me made some frybread. It was so yummy, I had honey on mine bread. Later on I went to play with my cousins outside. I watched a movie with my uncle. It was called How to train a dragon. It was cool because i like dragons. 

I loved my holidays because i stayed with my Nan.
